[CALUG] Software Freedom Day

CALUG member Chuck Frain leads the Ubuntu-Maryland team, which has
arranged space at the Columbia Library East branch (on the main-loop
thru Owen Brown Village) for Software Freedom Day. Two of many options
are for (1) CALUG to assist the Ubuntu Maryland team at the library, or
(2) form a CALUG team and arrange alternate
events/resources/advertising. These options are not mutually-exclusive.

The library's East branch is a good location. CALUG could potentially
double County residents' exposure to FOSS with a team at an equally-good
location on the West-side of Columbia (ex: the mall, community college,
vacant store in a village center), but then CALUG members with light
schedules (not me) would need to arrange the events/resources/advertising.
