I like the book Think Unix by Jon Lasser (he presented at a CALUG 
meeting years ago). It's more than just shell scripts, but very useful 
to get you thinking in a *nix way. The Advanced Bash Scripting reference 
(online) that someone else mentioned is also good. But all I really use 
at my desk for reference is O'Reilly's Linux in a Nutshell.
