[CALUG] Open GL X/Motif program cygwin

I would like to port an OpenGL-glx  X/Motif program to Microsoft Windows 
using cygwin.
Currently the application runs on Linux,  and on Windows but using Open 
Text (formally Hummingbird) Exceed,
Exceed 3D, and their X/Motif hclxm.dll library out of Exceed XDK.
 
We just can't get customers excited about Linux and it is nice to be 
able to eat.

If there anyone there familiar with this area who could serve as a 
consultant or preform this (if
it is even possible)?
