[CALUG] Reading CSV using Python / PHP

You could try to accomplish your goals with the free version of 
[Splunk](https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/splunk-enterprise.html). 
You can import, manipulate and export your CSV file.

This [blog 
post](http://blogs.splunk.com/2015/01/30/working-with-spreadsheets-in-splunk-excel-csv-files/) 
should get you started. In general, `inputlookup` and `outputlookup` are 
your friends with CSV files in Splunk.
