phones

The subject line pretty much says it all....I'm looking for a model
of phone. I'm asking the CALUG geek community since I keep turning up the
same results on all the websites that I've checked out thus far. Does
anyone know of any VoIP phone that meets the following criteria:

1.
SIP

2. Cordless (not, I repeat, *NOT* 802.11)

3. Does NOT require
a central base station that can be shared with other cordless
handsets. The reason for this is that I want each phone to be
independent on the
network and not require a
centralized multi-client base station to proxy traffic for it. I also want
all internal conferencing and intercom traffic to be handled by the PBX....NOT a
base station. I
want the phone's cradle to be a
standalone unit that services a single phone only.

4. Pure IP.....no ATA
required

5.
