though, you an also do crazy things with netcat:<br>

on server:<br>
$nc -l -p 5432 1> outfile<br>
<br>
on client:<br>
telnet server 5432<br>
type things<br>

or:<br>
cat logfile |telnet server 5432<br>

(though you will have to start up the netcat listener each time )<br>
