[CALUG] Time display issue with clock applet in Fedora Core 6?

Does anyone else have an issues with evolution appointments being shown
with an extra hour in the gnome clock applet popup
calendar/appointments?

The appointments are correctly shown within evolution, but when I mouse
click on the clock applet they are shown with an extra hour in the
appointment list in the applet.  Also, appointment warning messages are
reflecting the same hour off error.
