telnet/ssh

I temporarily connect a keyboard/monitor to a new PC, boot the PC using 
a Linux installation (or live) CD, configure the NIC, disconnect the 
keyboard/monitor, and telnet/ssh into the new PC for the remainder of 
the PC's life. With the exception of a primary machine, all other 
machines on my LAN have only two cables (1) power, and (2) network.
