[CALUG] FOSS site for Boy Scouts

I just read this article on a web site being used by the Boy Scouts to
host FOSS projects.  It is still a work in progress, but the article
says the sponsors plan to seed it with some existing projects.  This
seems like an opportunity to both give back to the community and
evangelize to young people.

(Note:  There are several quotes in the article from FOSS
'spokespeople', and Jon 'Maddog' Hall stirred up a hornet's nest with
