BTW, I hope everyone is using the Liberation Fonts by now:

The Liberation Fonts are IP/royalty free Monospace, Sans and Sans Serif
fonts developed "clean room," commissioned and paid for by Red Hat (it
was a 7 figure cost). They replace proprietary (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft)
Monospace (e.g., Courier, Courier New), Sans (e.g, Helvetica, Arial) and
Serif (e.g., Times, Times New Roman) fonts. Be sure to setup your
defaults, default documents/templates and/or styles to use them.
