Excellent follow up.

As a suggestion, I would recommend someone from CALUG running for the  
Tux.org Board (Jim, I think you would be a great candidate).  Tux.org  
as some great resources and contacts, but the Board Members (me being  
included) have been swamped as of late and unable to make as much  
headway as possible.  Given my past work with CALUG I've tried to  
spend some time getting some connections going, but not nearly enough.

Because of life events keeping me busy, I won't be continuing on the  
Tux.org BoD.  Another reason why it would be great to get someone  
active in CALUG on the board.  Though Tux.org certainly isn't perfect,  
it's got a good start with resources (servers/hardware, hosting, 503  
Tax status, contacts), and just needs more active development work.
