[CALUG] [Sorta OT] Experience with Believe Wireless?

It seems I am in the market for a new ISP. Looking over the local B'more
options, Believe Wireless came up in my searches. Broadband reports had a
few reviews, but not that many recently. Can anyone expand on what my Google
foo has already found?
