[CALUG] Configuring Asterisk for FOSE?

Someone offered a Polycom SIP phone for an Asterisk demo at FOSE.  Is
there anyone who is willing to try configure or try to configure
Asterisk?

One thing that does come to mind is to demo it, what would be the best
way to show it?  Tethering to a cell phone might be some technical fun
and show it receiving a "real" call.  Or Skype-out to it (tethered to a
cell phone).  Other thoughts??
