Ouch.  Double-ouch over USB, even 2.0.

Then again I shoot an average of 2,000 shots/day at 14.6MP.
And that's limiting myself, so I don't go bonkers and fill up even more storage.

Likewise.  Unfortunately, some devices do not have removable memory
cards.
