[CALUG] Convert. Web pages in .asp to html

maybe a stupid answer but:
how many pages on the site?
why are they being served by ASP?
can you log into the site from an external machine and then save the "html
page" that is sent by the site to your browser into a local folder for
each page on the site and then use those pages to make a html version of
the site?
post the link to the site and let me see it and i will try this trick.
if the pages are being dynamically generated off a database and the
contents of the database are being regularly changed this will not work of
course.
