[CALUG] Ubuntu Runs on 42 Percent of Dell PC in China

A variant of Ubuntu called NeoKylin runs on 42 percent of Dell PC sold in China.
The operating system has been based on Ubuntu since 2013 when Canonical collaborated with the Chinese government in developing the Ubuntu variant that is tailored to the Chinese market. It runs Unity and the default theme makes it look more like Windows than stock Ubuntu.
