As I mentioned at today's Ubuntu-MD meeting the Linux Foundation is offering Linux training programs for free through their partnership with EDx, https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/the-linux-foundation--edx-teach-open-source-to-2-million-learners-301383038.html
There are a few limitations that relate to auditing the sessions for free like exams not being graded but otherwise it is a great deal.
