as a technical interest, and war news interest,
should there not be more discussion on linux
lists about technicals ?

I've found a number of websites that have
liver Ukraine webcams.  It seems many/most
are fed thru youtube including the main media
links thru youtube.

On the youtube.be or youtube.com pages, there is text indicating 
the feed is paid for by CGTN, communist China.

Is there a site with more detailed operational webcam information such
as the actual IPs of the web cams?  a list ? 

perhaps it's much more
efficient to feed the video thru youtube?  Much of Ukraine
seems to still be internet connected- at least  the main
U.S. and Euro seems to have various contacts; i.e the russians
haven't stopped it yet.

Ukraine TV station streaming may be another matter. ??
